The Municipality of Campinas, in the countryside of São Paulo state, through the Secretariat of Transport and the Municipal Development Company (EMDEC), published a Public Call for Public Expression of Public Interest Procedure for the presentation of projects, surveys, investigations and studies for modeling technical, operational, economic-financial and legal referring to the implantation of a system of transport of passengers on rails, including the implantation, management, operation and maintenance of the whole system, through technology of low carbon emission, more sustainable and efficient, with undercarriage. The project should link the city center to Viracopos International Airport.
The public notice may be obtained by downloading it from the website www.emdec.com.br (by clicking on the link “Licitações” and then “Agenda de Licitações”) or requested through the e-mail licitacoes@emdec.com.br. Proposals must be submitted by request at EMDEC, in physical and digital media, by means of a protocol.
