Passengers can check the exact time that the trains arrive at the stations. The technology was developed by the company’s technicians.
The Companhia do Metropolitano do DF (Metrô-DF) has installed 56 Online Signalling System panels at 15 stations, which inform the exact time that the trains arrive at the stations. This was an old demand from the passengers of the system, they have informed through an internal research that they would like to know the arrival time in order to better program the waiting time to be able to board the train.
This kind of technology, which was exclusively developed by the Metrô-DF technicians, exists in several subway systems in the world.
