The Government of the State of Ceará is preparing the call for expressions of interest to consolidate a Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) for the operation and maintenance of the South line of the Fortaleza Metro and Light Rail Vehicle (VLT) Parangaba-Mucuripe, in the city of Fortaleza; and the VLTs of Cariri and Sobral, which are countryside towns.
The call refers to the request for expressions of interest for the submission of technical, economic-financial and legal viability studies, as well as projects that contain enough detail for the composition of a call for the contracting of PPP for the lines.
