The Municipality of Guarulhos, a city in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, delivered to the Government of the State of São Paulo land use certificates necessary for the State to start projects for the implementation of Metro lines 2-Green and 19-Celeste in the city.

The state government is investing R$ 100 million in executive projects, which will serve to attract investments, including private ones, to carry out the works. The total cost of the works is approximately R$8 billion, which can be obtained through international financing and concessions to the private sector.
