ViaQuatro, the concessionaire responsible for the operation and maintenance of the metro line 4-Yellow in the city of São Paulo, supports unprecedented action on respiratory viruses, based on genomic surveillance in asymptomatic individuals.
Carried out by the Butantan Institute, in partnership with the Municipal Health Department, the research aims to assess the incidence of asymptomatic individuals for respiratory viruses in the general population in places of population concentration with displacements and to analyze their transmission potential, as well as to determine the Molecular epidemiology of circulating respiratory viruses.
