Trensurb, operator of the urban train in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the south of Brazil, launched three calls to bid to contract works to modernize and recover 12 Line 1 stations, in addition to adapting them to accessibility standards. Another announcement calls for the recovery of walkways and terminals for the integration of five stations. The total planned investment is up to R$ 7.8 million. The amount comes from supplementary credit from the Federal Government.
