On July 19, 2022, Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM) will hold the tender for the Global Retail Project – concession for the exclusive use of more than 42,000 square meters of area for commercial exploitation for 30 years. The notice is available on the Company’s website – www.cptm.sp.gov.br.
In all, there are 388 points distributed among CPTM Lines 10–Turquoise, 11–Coral, 12–Sapphire and 13–Jade, reaching 12 municipalities in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region, which have retail and parking facilities.
