CCR Metrô Bahia, the concessionaire that manages the Salvador and Lauro de Freitas subway system, in the state of Bahia, started to serve passengers using ChatBot, a virtual service through WhatsApp, which allows access to information quickly and easy.
Through the system, passengers can access information such as opening hours of Stations and Terminals, transport of animals and objects of large volumes, lost and found and also employment opportunities.
