The National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos) held the 2019 ANPTrilhos Best Practices Workshop in October in the city of São Paulo (SP). This was the third edition of the Workshop, which aims to promote the exchange of information on operators’ best practices for the mutual improvement of all rail passenger transport systems in Brazil.
With exclusive participation of ANPTrilhos Associates, the event featured nine cases related to operation, communication, maintenance, service and management. At the end of the presentations, each operator received a best practice trophy presented and a certificate of participation.
