National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos) and the International Union of Railways (UIC) have signed a cooperation agreement during the UIC World Conference in Budapest, Hungary. The agreement, which aims to exchange experiences and best practices, was signed by the President of ANPTrilhos, Joubert Flores.
