The President of the National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos), Joubert Flores, participated in the 39th Meeting of the Subway Committee of the – International Association of Public Transport (UITP), on March 14 in Brussels , in Belgium.
Joubert Flores is a representative of Latin America on the UITP Metro Committee and lectured on intercity railway projects in Brazil, automation of lines and metropolitan authority.
