Trensurb, operator of the Porto Alegre (capital of the state of Rio Grande do Sul) metropolitan train, in the South Region of Brazil, held an inauguration ceremony for its new Executive Board. Fernando Marroni took over as CEO of the company; Vanessa da Rocha, as Director of Administration and Finance; and Ernani Fagundes as Director of Operations.
Fernando Marroni is an electrical engineer and federal public servant at the Federal University of Pelotas (in the state of Rio Grande do Sul). Vanessa da Rocha holds a degree in Economic Sciences from PUCRS, a postgraduate degree in Public Management and has experience in public office. While Ernani Fagundes is a business administrator and employee of Trensurb since 1985.
