ViaMobilidade’s service and security agents who work on lines 8- Diamond and 9- Emerald of the São Paulo metropolitan train started using security cameras attached to the body, known as bodycams. The use of the equipment, which records security actions, aims to make the work carried out by the agents more transparent.
Along the lines, employees have a base for downloading recorded images, which are captured by the system, under the coordination of the Operational Control Center, following the rules of confidentiality and data privacy.
