The Executive Director of the National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrails), Roberta Marchesi, met with the representative in Brazil of the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA – U.S. Trade and Development Agency), Rodrigo Mota, in Brasília (DF).

During the meeting, the executives talked about the energy efficiency and asset management studies that will be developed with USTDA funding, on a non-refundable basis, and are part of the Cooperation Agreement signed between USTDA and ANPTrilhos.

“The partnership between USTDA and ANPTrilhos seeks to improve efficiency and reduce costs related to energy and asset management of Brazilian systems, contributing to the improvement of the management of the metro-railway network throughout the country”, explains Roberta Marchesi, Executive Director of ANPRails.
