Passengers of the São Paulo Metro and the São Paulo Metropolitan Train Company (CPTM) can now purchase their unit tickets with QR Code to the São Paulo subway system. The pilot project of the State Department of Metropolitan Transportation (STM)is being tested for 45 days at seven CPTM and Metrô stations.
The purchase can be made by credit card through the mobile phone, through the VouD application, available in the Android and iOS online stores. Then, just open the QR Code on the mobile screen and pass through the blocks with validator at the stations participating in the pilot project.
