ANPTrilhos Mobility Forum will bring together representatives of the new Brazilian government to discuss the public transport scenario

Aiming to discuss the future of urban mobility on rails in Brazil, the ANPTrilhos Mobility Forum, an event organized by the National Association of Passenger Rail Operators, will gather on May 24, 2023 representatives of the new federal government of Brazil, state governments, opinion leaders and guests, in the country’s capital, Brasilia.

“The Mobility Forum will be a great opportunity for the metro-rail sector to present and discuss its proposals for the development of urban mobility on rails with the new government, contributing to the improvement of Brazilian public transport”, emphasizes Roberta Marchesi, Executive Director of ANPTrilhos.

The Mobility Forum program will address the development of urban metro-railway transport, the resumption of regional passenger trains, metropolitan transport authority, advancement of projects and attraction of investments.

“The event will be a contribution to bringing government entities and the sector closer together in the opportunity to guide the main needs for the development of Brazilian metro-rail transport”, evaluates Joubert Flores, Chairman of the Board of ANPTrilhos.
