Joubert Flores, President of the National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos), was elected one of the biggest global leaders in the Smart Cities area. The executive was honored at the Global Smart Cities Congress & Awards ceremony, held February 20 at the CSR World Congress in Mumbai, India.
According to the organization of the event, the award-giving of the “51 Most Impactful Smart Cities Leaders” to Joubert Flores is a reflection of the professional achievements, leadership and contribution in the theme of intelligent cities. Joubert Flores is an electrical engineer and has been working in the metro rail sector for over 40 years.
