The president of National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos), Joubert Flores, attended the UITP Metropolitan Railways Assembly, October 10-12, in Los Angeles, United States.
The ANPTrilhos executive gave a lecture on the panel “Innovative project delivery models worldwide”. The panel was attended by David Hughes, Director of London Subway; Paul Skoutelas, CEO APTA; KK Saberwal, CFO of New Delhi Subway, India; and Kevin Desmond, CEO Translink, of Vancouver, Canada.
