Brazil starts 3rd Metrorail International Certification course

The Institute of Transport and Logistics (ITL) and the Social Service of Transport and the National Service of Transport Learning (SEST SENAT), Brazilian entities in the transport sector, together with the DB Rail Academy, of the German group Deutsche Bahn, started the 3rd group of the course “International Certification in Management of Railway and Metrorail Systems”. The course counts on the cooperation of the National Association of Passenger Rail Operators (ANPTrilhos), an entity that brings together Brazilian metro-railway operators.

The certification is aimed at professionals who work in companies that operate cargo and passenger transport on rails in Brazil, aiming to raise the training level of participants to international standards, with advanced training and qualification of professionals from Brazilian railway and metro-railway companies, in order to add value and increase the sector’s competitiveness and productivity.
