The Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM), which operates the trains in the Metropolitan Region of the city of São Paulo, published a notice of bidding for the concession of the right to use the Mogi das Cruzes, Jundiapeba and Estudantes stations, on Line 11-Coral. The three stations are located in the municipality of Mogi das Cruzes, in the Alto Tietê region.
The notice is available on the CPTM website (www.cptm.sp.gov.br), in addition to the addresses www.bec.sp.gov.br and www.imesp.com.br. The concession auction will take place on January 20, 2022.
The notice winner, who must offer the highest premium in relation to the initial grant value of R$750,000, will have the right to commercially explore areas, including the expansion, construction, administration and maintenance of these sites. Together, the three stations have a total area of 34,868.68 square meters, and the winner will be able to evaluate suggestions regarding the typology, type of use and forms of occupation for the areas.
The term of the Real Usage Concession Agreement is up to five years for expansion and construction and 30 years for the exploration, administration and maintenance of commercial areas, totaling a maximum term of up to 35 years.
